Shipping & Lost Package Policy

At Worn Close, each piece is made and prepared with great care. Because Hautnah bralettes are made to order, please allow two weeks time for creation before shipment.

Shipping

All USA orders are shipped with complimentary USPS Ground Advantage (tracked and insured shipping). Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

If you live within Bellingham, WA city limits a local drop off is available for faster delivery.

International orders are available at an additional shipping cost. Please contact me directly if you would like to order an item.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Worn Close is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact Worn Close as soon as possible so that a carrier inquiry or insurance claim can be initiated when appropriate.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it, please first:

  • check around your delivery location

  • confirm with household members or neighbors

  • contact the shipping carrier directly

Unfortunately, if the package has been delivered but is missing, it may have been stolen. We cannot file a claim or issue a refund once your package has been marked as delivered.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Worn Close within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the item so the issue can be reviewed.

Shipping Delays

Worn Close is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping provider.
